eNgender Associates can undertake a range of research and evaluation activities to ensure that a robust evidence base is developed to inform organisational development, and that lessons learned from evaluations are incorporated into future service delivery.
Evaluations could be formative or summative in approach, using a range of methodologies including:
- documentation review
- auditing outputs and outcomes
- benchmarking
- 1:1 interviews
- focus groups
- consultation events
- stakeholder analysis
- case studies
- environmental scanning
All evaluations, in addition to providing a retrospective, would also identify operational and strategic recommendations for the future to ensure that the evaluation itself produces an outcome.
