Staff at eNgender Associates have practical and strategic experience of commissioning, and delivering services which have been commissioned.
We have experience of working with NOMS, Probation services, DATs, Community Safety Teams and PCTs at all stages of the Commissioning Cycle.
From undertaking needs assessments, through to developing Commissioning Strategies and managing procurement processes, eNgender Associates can deliver training, evaluate progress to date or develop partnership arrangements to ensure that resources are used efficiently to meet the needs of the commissioning organisation(s).
eNgender Associates have also worked with voluntary and community sector organisations to enhance their knowledge of commissioning processes, and have developed capacity within those organisations to be better placed to have their services commissioned in the future.
We have experience of working with both commissioners and providers of services, using our expertise to help providers to successfully tender for new business.
