Service User Involvement

The individuals who use the services that you provide should be at the heart of your operation. By ensuring that service users have a voice in the design, development, delivery and review of services, organisations can ensure that actual, not perceived needs of service users are met. This also ensures that service users feel empowered and engaged, which will also yield personal benefits for them.
